Users of the Advanced Digital Dictation application will now be able to send dictations directly to the specialist typing team at Document Direct.

The development includes live updates from Document Direct to the Advanced Digital Dictation platform, allowing users to monitor the progress of their work.

Furthermore, the completed work can then be returned directly to the users Case Management System if using one of the ALB or Partner for Windows Advanced CMS applications, ensuring everything remains within the same, secure ecosystem.
