We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And we work fast. This means:

• work can be sent at any time of night or day for the same flat rate
• short dictations can often be returned in less than an hour – even in the middle of the night!
• we allow you to choose your own turnaround times – you can mark work as priority or urgent (and this won’t cost you more).

Of course we can’t perform the impossible, so a good rule of thumb is that an hour’s dictation will take 5 hours to type.
