Rachel joined Document Direct in 2012 as a typist and in 2023 transitioned to an Account Manager, while still embracing her typing responsibilities. This diverse skill set allows her to provide comprehensive client support.

Joining Document Direct was the best decision she ever made – being based at home means she has flexibility for her children and no day is ever the same.

Before she worked at Document Direct, Rachel worked in various jobs, being one of the youngest landlady’s in the UK running pubs around London and then moving into law and working for a London firm before having her children.

Rachel has three children and when not at work you will mainly find her at a football pitch – either cheering for her son or her local team, Chatham Town FC.
