Gayle Gordon
Training Manager
Gayle joined Document Direct in 2011. Her role includes assisting in onboarding new typists and providing ongoing mentorship and support. She monitors their progress, offers constructive feedback, and helps them navigate any challenges they may encounter in their early days with the company. In addition to her training duties, Gayle is a member of the helpdesk team, the first point of contact for both clients and typists, handling a wide range of queries and ensuring that all emails are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Favourite sport or pastime
Gayle enjoys playing competitive crown green bowls, reading, socialising and spending time with her family, including her precious baby grandson. She also enjoys watching her beloved Everton FC.
